September 2004 - Warren Haynes on tour with BBE® DI-1000

Gov’t Mule and Allman Brothers Band guitarist Warren Haynes took his solo acoustic act on the road this summer, opening up for the Dead on the majority of the group’s tour dates. According to Haynes’ tech, Brian Farmer,Haynes has been using the DI- 1000 each night and is impressed with the clarity and fullness of his acoustic guitar when plugged into the DI-1000. The flexibility provided by the Sonic Maximizer enables him to dial in the ideal sound for every venue and hear himself perfectly through his in-ear monitors. Additionally, Gov’t Mule bassist Andy Hess has also adopted the DI-1000 and made it a permanent part of his live rig. Hess is totally hooked on the clear punch his bass delivers when enhanced by the Sonic Maximizer.
