BBE Sound recently introduced BBE ViVA, a new High Definition 3D Sound technology which integrates a 3D enhancement effect with BBE High Definition Sound. BBE ViVA creates an authentic and exciting 3D sound effect from stereo speakers while preserving the clarity, definition, presence and texture for which BBE High Definition Sound is noted. An important feature of BBE ViVA is its ability to maintain proper sound stage imaging. Ordinary 3D sound effects often tear the stereo image down the middle, resulting in centrally staged audio material, such as diologue, becoming fuzzy or even disappearing. BBE ViVA is different because it maintains crystal clarity for solo vocals and movie dialogue. BBE ViVA will be offered in both analog and digital formats. Also offered will be BBE ViVA+™ which adds the proprietary BBE Mach3Bass™ enhancement system.

1. BBE MP Process (Vacuum Tube Sound)
BBE MP Process improves digitally compressed sound (such as MP3) by restoring and enhancing the higher harmonics lost through digital compression. BBE MP works by generating even order harmonics from the source material, effectively recovering warmth, details and nuance.

BBE MP increases average sound level by 3dB while keeping the peak-to-peak swing unchanged. The output is 3dB louder and the S/N improves accordingly.

2. 3-Band Compressor/Limiter/AGC (Automatic Gain Control)
• Automatically adjust the audio level fluctuation between different recordings and broadcast channels.
• Consistent loudness playback of the unrestrained MP3 recordings by inexperienced user.
• Raise the gain of softer part of music while keeping the louder part’s volume level unchanged. (Suitable for noisy listening environment, such as car audio or portable personal audio.)
